It comes down to how much mechanical stress the container takes. F3131 at 43 μm suits ordinary takeout boxes and bakery packaging; F3137 at 70 μm is for containers needing structural strength, added rigidity or larger portions. Grease and water resistance are the same in both — gauge buys stiffness and durability.

Will F3131's grease resistance handle curry and fried food?

That is precisely what it is specified for. The PP/PE lamination structure provides grease and water resistance for fried items, curries and high-fat dishes, preventing the oil penetration that softens containers or causes leakage. Actual performance still depends on food temperature, contact time and the base substrate, so test with your real product.
